The perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet, away from the rest of the world. Ms M, Southampton, Hampshire 11 July 2010
If you're looking for a peaceful, pretty location with outstanding accommodation and a friendly welcome, I would certainly recommend Exmoor Gate Lodges very highly. Plenty to do within easy reach in almost every direction and the local pubs are of a very high standard. The only failing I can think of is the lack of phone signal but for me, that was a blessing rather than a curse! Mr B, Wolverhampton, West Midlands 03 July 2010
The lodges were located in a lovely setting, very peaceful and relaxing, even though I was down to compete in the a Half Ironman Race - only wish we could have stayed longer. Miss S, ABERDEEN, Grampian 24 June 2010
